The hotel is elegant and clean, in a friendly, quiet area leading to a park. The room size is incredible, and the view from the balcony is stunning. The spa facilities are clean, and the ambience is magnificent. The breakfast was various and tasty, however when it comes to sweets, not too many options( the only thing that could be improved) The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did love the fact that we were able to have a late check-out (15:00) You have everything you need to have a chilling day at the hotel. The restaurant has excellent food and desserts. Per total, we had a lovely and relaxing time

Room is nice with good view. For me was missing a chair and table, but wasn't crucial. The mattress wasn't confortable at all. Otherwise was quiet, extreamly clean and well organized. Breakfast was normal, but the dinner was a surprise the first 5 days. Was like done by star holding cook. Delicious! The service was a little bit chaotic as done by staggers. This affect also the "St. Valentin" event with bad logistic in the restaurant. The SPA is nice and clean. The pool is with too cold water for a spa. Other missing element was a Jacuzzi in the pool to make it excellent the SPA. Another nice surprise , more than the dinner, was the availability of fruits, aromatized water and some nuts, that make nice the stay and cosy the hotel.

Amazing breakfast with great variety of food , beautiful dining room with large windows and beautiful views Helpful friendly staff and very responsive- they answer fast to emails before arrival, they help you with every little ask you have (gave me a kettle to the room, instructed me at breakfast how to use the team device, gave us robes to the room) Excellent spa with saunas and pool (was a bit cold but beautiful) Excellent shower in the room' every room with small balcony to lovely view located in quiet location Nice welcome coupon of bar drinks Hotel is beautifully decorated Rooms are cleaned every day very meticulously Vouchers by the hotel to city attractions dark curtains in the room allow late sleeping

The hotel is very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room are quite nice and decent sized. Bed was super comfortable and the room had a balcony. Spa area is quite nice (although the pool is slightly cold if you go after the sauna or hammam). Breakfast buffet is good and there is a lot of food options. Barman was very friendly to us so we enjoyed having a drink at the bar. Hotel is super conveniently located, about 15 min walk to the city center and in a quite area.

Comfy room. Location - easy walk into town in a quiet neighborhood. Parking on site included. Great value with the spa and gym which was recently renovated.

The stay was perfect! We traveled as a family with a 5y old and 10months old and the check in kids received a little gift. Room was spacious and breakfast one of the best we had! So fresh, loads of choice (freshly squeezed juices, salmon, variety of cheese just few to name!) The pool and sauna beautiful! And the best of all the property (not just room) super clean! My baby loves crawling everywhere and she stayed clean even crawling at the reception or breakfast room!

Excellent location, almost in the center and surrounded by a garden. Great location, almost in the center and surrounded by a garden. The hotel is renovated, cozy and comfortable. The reception allowed us to check in early. Thank you.

The entire hotel was recently renovated. The wellness area, sauna, steambath, swimming pool were all in new condition, well maintained and very comfortable. Most important, the water in the swimming pool was warm, very enjoyable for a relaxing swim!! The breakfast buffet had a lot of different offerings, and eggs were cooked to order. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
